Colonnade is Enstoa’s collection of expert-led classes focused on the most powerful concepts for managing and operating the built environment. Colonnade allows you or your team to learn new skills and methodologies that create an immediate impact on your business. The course structures take an interactive approach, consisting of lively discussions, group projects, and games to encourage participation and enhance the learning experience.
Enstoa launched Colonnade in April 2020 with three classes: AI: Machine Learning Essentials, Project Scheduling Principles, and Digital Transformation for Leaders. Now, we’ve added two more value-packed courses to our Colonnade course offerings: Agile for Leaders and Cost Management Principles for Capital Projects.
About Agile for Leaders
In Agile for Leaders, you’ll find the value and benefits of the popular Agile development approach, applied to project team management. You’ll master the four tenets of Agile, learn how to run your very own scrum, and get ready to plan your first sprint.
About Cost Management Principles for Capital Projects
In Cost Management Principles for Capital Projects, you’ll learn how to keep your projects on-time, on-budget, and on-quality. We’ll use real-life scenarios to walk you through all five phases of capital projects: concept, design, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction, and show you proven cost-management techniques along the way.
Enstoa’s Senior Director of Education Services, Karla Watts, shares her excitement for adding these new classes to our course list, “With emerging technologies, the built environment is constantly evolving. Colonnade gives built environment professionals a unique opportunity to learn some of the most influential concepts transforming our industry today. It’s exciting to change with the industry and continue to develop new Colonnade courses that address critical business topics. Stay tuned for more new classes coming in 2021.”
