在集团范围内实施该《国际项目管理手册》(IPMM)，是中石化炼化工程(集团)股份有限公司（SEG）战略的一部分，以充分利用实施“一带一路”倡议所创造的商业机遇。据悉，该手册以结构化的方式汇总了相关专业与技术知识，用于管理SEG的国际设计、采购、施工与试运行(EPCC)项目，并为新老员工提供了专业培训与资质认证体系。该手册以项目管理能力的标准化、规范化和执行为重点，集因思多以及世界多个行业组织的先进实践经验为一体。
