Enstoa Delivers Technology Platform for CII’s 10-10 Program
It is in Enstoa’s DNA to use data to establish best practices and improve capital projects capabilities for organizations worldwide. In support of this commitment to the industry, Enstoa is excited to announce the completion of a project with the Construction Industry Institute (CII) to build the benchmarking technology platform for CII’s 10-10 Performance Assessment Program.
The 10-10 Program shifts the focus of benchmarking for capital projects from measuring performance at the beginning and end of a project to evaluating the dynamics of people and teams responsible for planning and executing a project.
