HealthSpaces 2023
Enstoa always looks forward to attending invitation-only HealthSpaces 2023 in Frisco, Texas. As healthcare infrastructure and delivery continue to transform at an ever-accelerating pace, it's more important than ever to connect, collaborate, and share best practices with other industry leaders at in-person events like HealthSpaces.
This year, Lennart Andersson, Enstoa's Director of Owners' BIM, moderated a roundtable discussion entitled "Making Healthy Spaces with Environmentally Optimized Digital Twins." This interactive discussion proved to be fascinating. Lennart demo'ed the latest Rapid Reality Capture technology -- including environmental sensors -- to show how entire healthcare systems can now be digitized with unprecedented speed and quality. Using Enstoa's sensors on site, he collected data such as temperature, pressure, lighting and so on, so the group could dig into how to interpret and use that information within a digital twin ecosystem.

Lennart Andersson is a Director of Enstoa’s Owners' BIM department, supporting the integration of BIM driven Reality capture for owners to supercharge space management and facilities operations. He is an Engineer, Architect and AECO technology innovator, and has degrees in Engineering from Sweden and a Master’s of Architecture from Savannah College of Art & Design. With over 25 years of experience, he has applied Virtual Design, Construction & Operation methodologies on a wide variety of building typologies. Lennart is also a Professor at Pratt Institute in New York. He has authored Virtual Design, Constructions, and Operation (VDCO) guidelines, and spoken at numerous industry conferences.
