2023 Infraday - Florida
Since 2018, Infraday has provided a platform for thought leaders to engage, learn, and network across the North American public infrastructure ecosystem. Infraday events host critical top-level discussions on how to move the industry forward through best practices, new technologies, financing, and delivery models.
At Infraday’s Miami event on February 2, 2023, Enstoa's CEO, Jordan Cram, took part in a panel called “Shaping Infrastructure Lifecycle Management Systems Through Digital Transformation” which focused on leveraging digital transformation to optimize and better manage capital construction projects and assets throughout the infrastructure lifecycle.
Integrating digital technology to manage the risk, time, quality, cost, safety, maintenance, and reliability of projects, portfolios, and physical assets is a delicate balancing act, but it reaps huge rewards.
Jordan shared how vital foundational data domains are when tackling infrastructure lifecycle management. As he explained, by beginning with high-use fundamentals like contracts, invoices, and payments, an organization is able to quickly realize high-impact efficiencies in its digital transformation journey. It’s then possible to move into less consistently organized areas, using lessons learned to produce, for example, more accurate registers of assets and clean definitions of preventative and reactive work orders.
The lively panel was moderated by Michael Sullivant, Sales Director, Trimble, and, along with Jordan, included Mark Seastead, National Practice Lead of Specialized Services at Black & Veatch, and Angela Marinas, Director of ERP, City of Fort Lauderdale. Many thanks to Ken Bauco, Infraday’s Founder & CEO, for inviting Enstoa to participate in this fantastic 2nd Infraday Florida event!
