- This New York hospital system has over 11 million square feet of real estate and a five year plan to spend billions in new capital construction. With an annual operating budget of $6.7 billion and more than 44,000 employees, this hospital was looking for a world-class project controls system to support their expected velocity of capital spending in the years after implementation. To bring order to the data of the nation’s sixteenth largest integrated healthcare network, they engaged Enstoa to help create and execute an IT Master Plan.
